Navigating Conflict

We often don't have to look further than our news feeds or our workplaces to find conflicts that cause stress and strain on relationships. For this workshop, we'll have experts in the field leading sessions during which they provide insight and lead exercises that will empower you to face life's inevitable conflicts with tools that can lead to personal growth as opposed to continued division.
