Mental Health Fair

We want to kick off Mental Health Awareness month with an interactive workshop aimed at empowering community members to invest in their mental health. Just as we are encouraged to invest in our physical well-being, we believe mental well-being requires our attention as well! . Topics like managing sleep effectively, parenting a child with mental health needs, engaging conflict appropriately, and incorporating mindfulness into your daily habits will all be tackled. There will also be an interactive painting activity that you won't want to miss! We hope you, your loved ones, and your friends can join us for this workshop that will be sure to provide tools aimed at helping our community members of all ages prioritize their mental health.
