Art & Mindfulness Meet

In this workshop, participants will have the chance to explore the connection between art and mindfulness in real time. While participating in a group drawing exercise, painting affirmation cards, working with clay, and completing one additional craft, participants will have the chance to consider their thoughts and feelings while they create. This will be a fun, low-risk workshop that even the least artistic among us can enjoy and benefit from.
